By accessing or using InvitesU (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

InvitesU is a digital wedding invitation platform that allows users to create, customise, and share wedding invitations online. The Service includes a wedding website builder, photo gallery management, RSVP collection, and related features.

You must create an account to access the full features of the Service. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Providing accurate and truthful registration information.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or obscene.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Transmit spam or unsolicited communications.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including photographs and text. By uploading content, you grant InvitesU a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and reproduce your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.

InvitesU offers both free and paid plans. Paid plans unlock additional features and are charged as a one-time payment per invitation.

• All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment card information.
• Plan purchases are non-refundable once the paid features have been accessed.
• We reserve the right to modify plan pricing with reasonable notice.

The Service, including its design, code, templates, and branding, is owned by InvitesU and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our express written permission.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InvitesU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
